Food grade diatomaceous earth COLOFLUSH is an ancient substance and a true modern natural treasure.
It is composed of the fossilized siliceous skeletons or remains of diatoms. Diatoms are a major group of microscopic algae or unicellular aquatic plants and are among the most common types of phytoplankton. That once flourished as a form of golden brown aquatic algae or plankton that lived in fresh water lakes as a food source for all kinds of aquatic creatures.
Our COLOFLUSH is cleaned and sterilized in our unique production and combined with baking soda to an alkaline diatomaceous earth for human consumption and contains NO additives. It is a fine, off-white, 10-mim microfine powder that disperses easily in liquid. Contains an average of 96% silica and less than 0.5% crystalline silica.
